We know jack shit about you. We'd like to keep it that way.

What we collect

What you type into the franchise waitlist form: name, email, role, country, city, phone, facilities, capacity, message, your consent choices and the time you gave them. We also store a salted hash of your IP address (to stop spam, not to track you), your browser's user agent, the country Cloudflare detected, and any campaign tags in the link you came from.

Why

To contact you about forming a JACKSHIT crew and franchise in your country. If you ticked the updates box, also to send you occasional news. That's it. No selling, no ad networks, no tracking pixels.

Where it lives

In a Cloudflare D1 database operated by us. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend. Bot protection may use Cloudflare Turnstile.

Your rights

Want a copy, a correction or a deletion? Email hello@jackshit.beer and we'll do it. This applies whatever your country, GDPR, Swiss FADP, or otherwise.

How long

Until we've launched in your country, or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Leads that go nowhere are purged after 3 years.
